I was at an all time low in my life. Emotionally And spiritually, I had lost myself. I couldn't find joy in any of my regular activities. Physically I was dealing with chronic pain that no western doctor could find any solution to. According to them, I was one of the healthiest people they had seen. Yet, every single day was a struggle.

I had only heard of EFT. I had no idea what it was but a friend of mine had success with it.
So, I contacted Judy and as best I could, I explained what I was going through. After my first session, I slept better at night. After my second session the physical pain had decreased immensely that no drug had been able to achieve. As my sessions continued, the changes continued. In leaps and bounds. Two months after my last session, I'm still seeing the changes that have happened thanks to EFT.

I now have a zest for life again. I'm a new and improved version of me!

This past year had been one of the hardest so far of my life. I suffered from disturbing, violent nightmares every night, which in result affected my mood and made me rather antisocial when it came to my friends. And even though I did not have the desire to interact, I also ended up feeling emotionally low because I was so lonely.

By recommendation, I got into contact with Judy and it was by far one of the best decisions of my life! I was wary about letting someone in and she understood that, therefore taking her time to get to know me. I have to say, it was difficult to resist her. Judy is a kind, honest, beautiful spirit and by our second or third meeting - I wanted to tell her everything. She's just one of those people you see and know you can trust on sight. Together, we worked through my anxiety that permeated into my dreams and social interactions. Step by step, I began to slowly branch out more at work and gaining more hours of peaceful sleep. And honestly, I contribute it all to Judy's help.

Currently, I am in my senior year of college and I am not longer as anxious as I was last year. And when I do catch those bouts of anxiety, I simply remember and follow the words and techniques that Judy taught me. Both my family and my friends have mentioned seeing a considerable and positive difference in my behavior and every time they do, I smile and think about Judy.

A like-minded friend and I were having one of our usual conversations about meeting challenges life brings our way when she mentioned the tapping technique and suggested I give Judy a call.

With a keen interest in energy work I was off to my first session. At the conclusion, I must admit I was skeptical of the tapping process. However, the inability to make decisions because of low self-esteem and lack of confidence gave me the willingness to continue.

By the third session I had experienced a complete shift in my attitude and began to feel a clarity that wasn’t present in me prior to the tapping sessions. With Judy’s help I was able to work through the blocks that were having negative impacts on the perception I held of myself and others.

Judy truly is an energy guide. With the tapping modality and her calming demeanor she gently facilitated a means by which I was able to “tap” into strength within myself I was unaware existed.

There’s a bonus, be it the Universal Life Force Energy or just her intuition Judy is connected! Whenever I need a positive word of encouragement I surprisingly enough hear from her.

"EFT has changed my life!

Life is good…really good. In fact, good doesn’t really even begin to explain the way my life is now taking shape. What I can say is the life I live, is now full.

Full of life, love, laughter….you name it. It is full of the potential for unlimited possibilities, and the confidence to follow my dreams involving my passions and the things I love. I now wake up each morning looking forward to what my day will bring. My life, once again has SPARKLE and holds meaning for me. I am able to live a life in peace, feel happy and grateful for who I am and to have the courage to show others who I am.

One of the reasons I am able to do this, is due in part to the amazing work of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Judy!

If you had asked me how my life was before EFT, I don’t think I could have even identified what wasn’t working. All I knew was that I wasn’t happy and was just fighting to get through another day. EFT helped me to re-visit the learned behavior patterns I had adopted as a child and to really re-set the beliefs that no longer worked for me as an adult. It helped me to see my present experiences clearly and helped me learn how to set healthy boundaries; building self-confidence, importance of self-care and to step out of relationships in my life that were unhealthy. It helped me to gain the confidence I needed to start living my life, to empower me and to live a life that is authentic to who I am.

I am grateful for the experience of working with Judy.
